I use a laptop with a very good screen, I have a second monitor that is moderate resolution. I run QGIS on the external monitor and there a a number of scaling issues. I think these are a result of the two different screen resolutions. The result is the QGIS doesn't display all the correct information on the bottom panel where the CRS, coordinates, and scale etc are. Also some font appears huge and some font and icons appear too small to use.
Steps to reproduce the issue

New profile
I tried with a new QGIS profile
Additional context
From just a small amount of research online I think this is an issue caused by the two different monitor screen resolutions but I wanted to make the developers aware of it because it does make QGIS very difficult to use.
