QGIS won't launch

What is the bug or the crash?

When I try to launch QGIS, the first panel appears then stop at installing UI then disappear and the app won't start

Steps to reproduce the issue

i tried via desktop shortcut, start menu shortcut, qgis-ltr-bin.exe and cmd

Versions

Version 3.30.3 ​
Version 3.28.7 LTR

Supported QGIS version

• I'm running a supported QGIS version according to the roadmap.

New profile

• I tried with a new QGIS profile

@Drogzinkun, could you please specify what exactly is the Operative System version on which you are trying to run QGIS? Have you actually tried if the issue does occur with a new QGIS user profile? Did you install QGIS using the OSGeo4W standalone all-in-one *.msi installer or using the OSGeo4W "network" *.exe installer? Is this the first time QGIS is installed on such system?

Thanks for your answer, here are my operative system specifications :
Windows 10 Family
Version 22H2
‎28/‎09/‎2022
Build 19045.3031

I did try with a new QGIS user profile

I used the QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.28.7-1.msi installer

No it's not the first time QGIS is installed on my system, it was working just fine last week
but i did try to delete everything QGIS related before reinstalling but the issue persisted

In this still an issue? I can't reproduce on Windows 10 with the latest LTR and master, probably this is a local problem.
