Symbology - Blocking window when using graduated symbology for vector data

What is the bug or the crash?

When I try to edit the polygon styling using graduated symbology, there is a window blocking the view. This very much seems like a bug in QGIS 3.28.11 (Swedish language settings).

Steps to reproduce the issue

1 Start a new, empty project
2 Add a polygon layer
3 Set symbology to Graduated and use desired settings for the layer
4 Click OK to get to the main window
5 Open Layers properties - Symbology again
6 Now, there is a window blocking the view

This bug appears when using the Swedish interface, but it seems OK when using English.
