[Feature] Freeze-thaw labeling tool, with on-the-fly transformation support. #193

This has been extensively tested, though not on all platforms. Works well with labeling of point, line and polygon vector layers. Added bonus or being very helpful for freezing intensive (slow) label renderings like polygon's 'free' and 'horizontal' modes.

I wonder if you would be able to write some tests (perhaps using an sqlite db) to validate the code that you are introducing to core?

I've tested this and had a scan through the code - all looks good and works beautifully so I will go ahead and merge it.
