the app doesn't block unwanted calls

I added some numbers that I don't want to get calls from.
For some reason the phone rings every-time I got called by the restricted numbers.
I turned off battery optimization for NoPhoneSpam.

These are my settings

I remember the app worked fine on this phone a couple of months ago.
Not sure maybe the app or phone firmware update broke it.

I'm on Samsung Galaxy (dual SIM)
