Add 'frozen_extracted_energy' to BOPESSampler

What is the current behavior?

BOPESSampler returns energy without frozen part.

Steps to reproduce the problem

I run calculations for LiH with frozen core.

Suggested solutions

Add self._raw_results[key].frozen_extracted_energy to energy here

This issue has been fixed in Qiskit Nature, so I am closing this in Aqua as Aqua has been deprecated and users should migrate from using Aqua to Qiskit Nature.
