errorCode : 555570
原因：确保调用SDK任何接口前先调用更新隐私合规updatePrivacyShow、updatePrivacyAgree两个接口并且参数值都为true，若未正确设置有崩溃风险
使用loc SDK 功能前请设置隐私权政策是否弹窗告知用户

1，没有崩溃。获取定位是报这个错误，地图不能获取当前位置

2怎么实现地图获取中心点坐标

怎么根据地图移动的中心点经纬度，转换成具体的地址信息。
