I was wondering, all the calls are being considered "inbound" right now with the extension # showing on the left hand Phone window whenever the call is actually outbound.
Is there a way to differentiate between inbound/outbound, with the Outbound showing the outbound # on the left hand Phone window?

our Software differentiates between external and internal calls with the help of the following parameter: extension_digits: 3 # numeric; How many digits the internal extensions have
Please configure this correctly, it depends if your extensions are two-digits, 3, 4 or 5 that's something which you configure while setting up the 3CX the first time.
