@Krastanov, at some point, there will be performance to gain by only representing the "upper half" of a two-photon state. Right now, we are only changing and interacting with the upper half anyway, but we are using memory to store the lower half. Some indexing will have to be changed, but it's not a big task that will save us N^2/2 of memory, which I guess is somewhat significant. I'm putting it here to have it as a possible task in the near future.
