Can't connect using steam id when playing on Linux and Windows

Describe the bug
Game cannot connect when using steam deck and windows pc versions of qb. Everything is fine when using ip method, however it doesn't work using steam id. It doesn't matter which side is host and which is client. I found a reddit post describing the same bug and it said that it wasn't always the case and that before some update he could connect using steam id when playing steam deck + windows.

To Reproduce
Just try to connect qb steam deck and windows using steam id.

Expected behavior
Game connects
