env_exports/*.yml files are empty #8

The env_export/*.yml files are empty, because of that none of the libraries are getting installed to the docker image.

@qtangs Could you please guide here? Unable to see the packages installed in the environments.

Sorry, unfortunately I'm not able to find time to look into these issues.
Maybe you can check these out as alternatives:
