Automate CI for development lifecycle. For example, integrate a CI server such as Travis-CI or Jenkins with our current AWS instances and GitHub interactions if developers push, commit, or fix issues.

Travis-CI and CircleCI both need to have Owner's permission in order to connect to the Bookshelf repo.
