HTML_SELF_CLOSING_ELEMENT_R should not consume trailing whitespace #213

This behavior is causing inline custom elements to misbehave:

const Foo = () =>(<span>Hello</span>);
<Markdown options={{ overrides: { Foo }}}>{"<Foo/> World!"}</Markdown> //note the space

This would result in "HelloWorld!" being displayed.
