Add a quickstart that shows Quarkus datasource functionality using the Oracle datarouce (quarkus-jdbc-oracle).
Majority of the quickstarts use PostgreSQL (quarkus-jdbc-postgresql) and there is a lack of examples of other datasources.

It could be e.g. an analog of hibernate-orm-quickstart/hibernate-orm-panache-quickstart with postgresql swapped for oracle.
