As I see it we should implement roving tabindex (https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices/examples/toolbar/toolbar.html), activated/controlled by a property for:

QToolbar
QBtnGroup
toolbars in QEditor

That means in QEditor we should only have one intermediary tab stop before getting to the text area.
