According to one of our users, the SEG software does not accept decimal values (non-integers) in the data file. For example, REF = 105.5. Even worse, it just ignores these values. It has to accept non-integer values.
Also, the same user had a problem with the .csv format. He saved an Excel file as csv and it wouldn’t upload. This may or may not have something to do with his being in Germany. Our tool has to work for Europeans as well as Americans.
