Create Arduino library to take care of:

Detecting the app on the network
Connection
Initialising device ID from the app and saving it to EEPROM
Contain a data model for the arduino and sensors
Telling the app about the Arduino's settings (number of sensors, their type and units of measurement, Min / Max, etc.)
Telling the app if the Arduino has a cliok
Setting Clock Time
sending data updates
