Frontend not updating the list of organizations

The frontend is not showing/updating the list of organizations when doing a second entry into the Create New course page. Also it doesn't update when switching between the gitlab vs github toggle buttons. Not totally sure about the exact behaviors that cause this, but it looks pretty easy to reproduce. Again I'm in Chrome on macOS.

This seems to have been caused by the ssh tunnel:

packet_write_wait: Connection to 152.94.1.67 port 22: Broken pipe
packet_write_wait: Connection to UNKNOWN port 65535: Broken pipe

But I suppose the frontend should indicate an error message, if it can get a response from the server. Hence I let this remain as a bug.
