Fix iCloud documents (as children of apps) #2467

Right now, we look for documents based on bundle ID, but that no longer works in all cases.

For example, the bundle ID for Numbers is “com.apple.iWork.Numbers”, but its documents are in ~/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~Numbers/Documents.
