Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
QuicSec logs format and fields can be configured via Ops-manager - allowing for user selectable fields to log.

Describe the solution you'd like
User should be able to select the json schema and fields for logs within QuicSec. Including tls params, identities (local and peer), headers, etc.
