Copy/pasting unordered bullets results in pasting a numbered list #846

When you copy unordered bullets and then paste them, they paste as an ordered list instead of the original copied unordered bullets.

Steps for Reproduction

  1. Visit beta.quilljs.com
  2. Type one, enter, two
  3. Convert to unordered bullets
  4. Copy the 2 unordered bullets
  5. Press enter at bottom of document
  6. Paste the copied unordered bullets

Expected behavior:
Pastes as unordered bullets

Actual behavior:
Pastes as ordered list
