why unclassified

i run a sequence with custom database, it can be found on the database (in blastn flie), but the output (blca.out flie) for this seq is unclassified. could someone tell me how to solve this?

Although blast found hits for natl_01, from the blast output you provided, it seems like the bitscores (column 13) didn't pass BLCA's default setting of bitscore (minimum 100).
