Enhancement request

The Java Topology Suite option isOverlayNG is reported to help overcome some exceptions when manipulating complex geometries.

I had intended to turn it on by default in v0.4.0, but it seems not to have happened. The workarounds described here are still required:

The next QuPath release should ensure that it's really turned on. See https://forum.image.sc/t/error-when-merging-annotations/76738/6
