Language specific translation/typo errors

I have come across some errors in some urdu translations (e.g., Bayan ul Quran by Dr Israr Ahmed) which may need to be rectified. However, I didn't have any clues where and who to mention this to. Urdu being my native language, I was able to figure out the missing patches for verses and repetitive sentences in some urdu translations. I'd like to be able to help with identifying and correction of such errors. For that I will start afresh and note down the errors as they show up. Just let me know where or who to submit that information to.
