RTs to .nii.gz conversion issue

Hi all,

Rt-utils is an exceptional tool. However, I encountered an issue with the output of RTs ROI in a nii.gz file. There are some ROI regions that are cropped abnormally and others are fine, the image is attached.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on resolving this issue. @carluri @asim-shrestha @awtkns @qurit-frizi

Thank you for opening this issue. In order for us to reproduce and understand this issue, could you please provide us with:

• The input image file
• The input mask file
• A sample of the code snippet that you're using to leverage rt-utils to generate the output roi, as well as the code to store such output for visualization.
