[Feature Request] Add "show pinned only" option for tab bar

Generally when navigating through a large number of tabs, I prefer using the buffer menu. However, for certain frequently returned to tabs, I'd rather have those only on the tab bar and be quickly accessable via the alt+N keyboard shortcuts.

Just to make sure I understand what you mean properly: You'd only want pinned tabs rendered in the tabbar, and access anything else using e.g. :buffer? Maybe it would suffice to just add custom keybindings to bring you to those tabs instead?
