There should be some way to hide the statusbar/tabbar with :fullscreen (say, :fullscreen --full 馃槅). While setting statusbar.hide and tabs.hide kinda works, its not per-window.

Couldn't you just bind a keybind to toggling statusbar.hide and tabs.hide, or would that apply to all running windows?

I think it would be best to create a feature where window-specific settings can be enabled.
