Add documentation / help files as follows:

  • Update Github Readme file
  • Create Wiki / Docusaurus / etc... to reflect the overall app information.
  • Implement help information into app.

Have started this, just need to find the time / caring to actually write it all up. I am currently trying to make sure that new features are documented.
