According to DBI specification, results are executed when dbBind or dbGetRowsAffected is called. Executing results in dbSendStatement causes errors when parameterized queries are being sent.

According to DBI specification, results are executed when dbBind or dbGetRowsAffected is called. Executing results in dbSendStatement causes errors when parameterized queries are being sent.
The change is tested successfully against SQL Server.
