Description of the requested feature

Throw a warning when a deprecated algorithm is run. See qgis_algorithms()$deprecated.

This cannot be done in the legacy (no-JSON) interfacing, since this property is not exported by qgis_process list. But, deprecated algorithms aren't exported anyway by qgis_process list.
