Changes in composer.json required

The composer.json contains outdated version:

composer.json requires r3h6/oidc-server 1.1.1 whixch is not compatible with actual 1.5.2.

r3h6/oidc-server 1.1.1 requires steverhoades/oauth2-openid-connect-server ^2.0 -> found steverhoades/oauth2-openid-connect-server[v2.0.0, ..., v2.6.1] but the package is fixed to v1.3.0 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.
