list all items ever eaten

Robert agreed to write a function that pulls out all items ever eaten. To do that we need to:
[ ] - add Robert to the repo @gavinfay
[ ] - find which files have this information
[ ] - write the R script to generate the list
[ ] - add the function to run_atlantis
[ ] - return the output in the list structure and update the package

Added @rwildermuth - Robert was already there but for some reason didn't seem to have write access. Changed so he can now push to the repo.
