エアウィーブを試しに行った。
マットレスの上に敷くタイプが初期導入として良さそうだったので、それを使ってみることに。
枕の高さについて指摘されて、いま枕を高めにして使っているものの、これは癖になってて良いと感じているだけで、実際はあまり良くない (喉が詰まる) ということが分かった。これは結構いい収穫
