Create a short description according to the [JORS template ](https://github.com/rOpenGov/iotables/tree/master/data-raw/JORS) about running environments, running requirements, dependencies, etc. Even if we do not decide to publish in JORS, these short descriptives are useful for any publication. #19

Fill out the following sections

  • Implementation and architecture
    How the software was implemented, with details of the architecture where relevant. Use of relevant diagrams is appropriate. Please also describe any variants and associated implementation differences.
  • Quality control (partly filled out)
  • Availability
  • Operating system
  • Programming language
  • Additional system requirements
  • Dependencies

According to the standards of JORS and R Journal (we do not know where we will send this publication.)
