Consider adding support for ATAPI Removable Rewritable Specification

This issue is somewhat related to issue #20, as I suspect there's some overlap, at the command level. I would eventually like to at implement support for the the Removable Direct Access model

I've attached Revision 1.3 (proposed) of the SNIA's SFF-8070 specification, ATAPI Removable Rewritable Specification

Section 10.0 covers the Non-CD Optical Device Model:

Section 11.0 covers the Removable Direct Access Model:

Removable Direct Access devices permit reading and writing from a removable media that is directly addressable by logical block.

Section 12.0 covers the Magneto Optical Device Model
