Add support for SVN bugtraq

Hi,

Please Please can I ask that you add support for bugtraq (SVN), I want to integrate our repository commits with my support systems, bugtraq is a very nice way of doing this, it is supported by tortoise but it doesn't seem like Rabbit VCS is observing the SVN parameter settings.
