Does each Allow2Ban.filter needs to be in a dedicated blocklist?

Let's say I have multiple allow2ban rules, like so:

# rule one - block the ip if it makes more than 120 requests in 2 minutes
Rack::Attack::Allow2Ban.filter("total-#{req.ip}", maxretry: 120, findtime: 2.minute, bantime: 1.hour) do
  req.ip
end

# rule two - block the ip if it makes more than 20 login attempts in one minute
Rack::Attack::Allow2Ban.filter("login-#{req.ip}", maxretry: 20, findtime: 1.minute, bantime: 1.hour) do
  req.path == '/login' and req.post?
end

Do each of these filters need to be in its own Rack::Attack.blocklist or can they be ran in the same blocklist (using a function that ors multiple filters for example)?
