Hi guys I installed an update of big sur and enabled filevault and I see this error

ocb start image failed

You can try fixing FileVault by following this guide and see it will boot since there's no way to turn off file vault with the computer not booting to the OS

Properly configure FileVault as stated in the guide above. This EFI is not FileVault ready and there's a couple of steps you need to do to fix it

If you can boot into the Recovery option from the opencore boot options then you can disable FileVault from terminal. Use this: https://derflounder.wordpress.com/2019/01/15/unlock-or-decrypt-your-filevault-encrypted-boot-drive-from-the-command-line-on-macos-mojave/

If you can't even get into recovery then you'll need a full wipe and reinstall
