Something like "avg open time for bugs" or "weekly rate of defects opened and closed"

Fixing all version one close dates is dependent on their API returning dates not from the 1800s. I opened a ticket with them about this. Doing 100 + queries, ie one for each defect/story, to get the date their Status.Name changed is crazy.

query hist/defects - do stuff with the history!
