More configurable default visual mode

For example right now we have Vd - visual disassembly. Many people complain that they don't want to run disassembly on everything, keeping data by default. But at the same time this mode is incredibly useful still.
What I am proposing is to introduce new type of the navigational visual mode, where you can switch between data and code by default via option, at the same time preserving the Vd as is.

This way we can make even more differences and recommend those people to use it.

This requires finishing the asm.meta work, but nobody give me a single comment/feedback in more than a year after bugging several people, so maybe we can just enable the option and then people will realise its buggy and complain

Also, this is the default behaviour on IDA/BN/Hopper… which is imho a pretty retarded setup, but people gets used to bad behaviours and this is why we can’t have nice things, but we are here to please everyone
