Split repository into multiple

• radareorg/extra-architectures - move all extra architectures
• radareorg/extra-formats - move all extra file formats
• radareorg/extra-misc - the rest

Think about release tarballs. This will make releases more complicated and i dont see much benwfit on splitting those non mainstream code into more repos

What about not releasing extras at all? Just let r2pm to solve this, now with radareorg/r2pm taking shape it will become easier. Because right now radare2-extras looks like a dump rather than of real thing.

Stop provide extras. Only a few of them build it anyway.

Will make r2pm packages harder to maintain imho because tight now its cloning 1 repo only. And the transition should be in sync with that for al the r2pm packages. I dont think it pays off

Another way would be to create "radare-community" GitHub organization and split plugin per one each.
