How to send bundle from given server(thread) with the cpp interface? #18

Right now I do not see a way to send a Bundle from a ServerThread. It seems that is missing in the implementation?

Fixed in 98b567b. (Added overload for send_from() to handle serverthread with a bundle argument.)
