Corrupted screen

While using my GTA02 + qtmoko v39 the screen corrupted like in the photo and my phone became unresponsive.
The problem appeaed 3-4 times in 10 days of daily use of my freerunner as a main phone. Battery was above average charged.

The problem appeared once more..
I had my gta02 connected throught the usb port to my PC , charging, and suddenly i see the same pattern ..

Can connect from host, AUX,Power button, Touchscreen not responding.

I think that your problem is related to bootloader and due to touching the screen exiting (or entering, I don't remember) suspend mode.
Try, without touching anything else, to press the power button, wait for the phone to suspend and, after a while, pres the power button again to exit from suspend.

Indeed it must be related to suspend messing the screen.. cause it happens after a long inactive time. This time is reproducable and not by accident.
Glotti thanks for the hint. I'll test it the next time it happens. Although i think it's sth that should get in the todo list.
