Those are 2 copies of the same initial code, which for the most part only have a diff in a hack for windows platform.

They seem to have recieved different updates over time, probably just because of being copies. Those changes probably have to be propagated to the other tree, and a way of sharing a single copy should be devised.

i also noticed that qtmoko-build/qtopiacore/host and qtmoko-build/sdk/qtopiacore/host also have some dirs copies . Like lib and bin. Why is that?
