Grafana Dashboard Insight include Unverified Reports

Description

Grafana dashboard includes unverified farmer report. Admin should tag the report first as valid before Grafana include it in its output.

Reproduction steps

1. Login to farmer dashboard. Submit a report. Don't tag the report as valid yet.
2. Go to Grafana Dashboard and wait for the report to load. Unverified reports are included in the insights.

Expected behavior

Only verified reports should be included in insights.
