npms.io option

give the users the option to open up the search term in npms.io

@3desprit, in my latest commits, I have added a popup box that will allow a quick search of npmjs.org or npms.io:

But I will be away for a couple days, so I can't complete the feature to set npms.io as the default search option until I return, so in the meantime, if you would like to start using the npms.io feature in the popup, you can clone this repo and manually install the chrome extension.

When I return, I will add in the official feature to let users set npms.io as the default search, which will close this issue and I will push the updated extension to the chrome store.
