No matter what angles i setup, it will not behave like a speedometer, which is what im trying to show using the ng-knob directive.

I was a tad too quick. Its very easy to do this by using negative value for the startAngle, and positive value for the endAngle. Like this.
startAngle: -140, endAngle: 140,
