Change command name "rtv" that already used by "Reddit Terminal Viewer" #3

Its look like you choose name rtv for main binary of your tool, but same name already used for "Reddit Terminal Viewer" designed by @michael-lazar

So, both tool will overwrite each other.

That's why propose use rtv-dl for prevent this issue in the future:

$ rtv-dl -options <URL>
