Center label and sub-label vertically in auth cell

The label and sub-label are not centered vertically in auth cell.
The issue was introduced in #536.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should center label and sub-label vertically in auth cell. This should happen for:

1. One-line sub-label.
2. Two-line sub-label https://www.figma.com/file/aD00e3k2pLwhEhBDq5VkJO/Mobile-Application?node-id=6491%3A12783

3. If text is longer than 2 lines, put ellipsis on the 2nd line. Example, but for 1 line:

Use UIStackView to group two lines.
