Comments are not displayed on first page of discussions

Description
Comments aren't displayed on first page of discussions with Comments Reverser, Endless Scrolling and Reply Box On Top enabled. I first noticed a few days ago.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any discussion page
2. See no comments

Console Errors
No idea if this is related to the issue or part of the CV calculation - the console doesn't say there were any errors:

Same problem, comments do not load on the first page if reverse scrolling is enabled.
